We have developed an exclusive teaching method in Switzerland, based on learning preferences. Thanks to MyLEA, our unique, proprietary analysis, we identify and select the most relevant and effective teaching techniques to facilitate and accelerate each learner’s progress.  

You’ll follow our in-house training program to use this new tool and enrich your approach to teaching languages! 

Bespoke Courses
We tailor our programs to each customer’s needs, whether they’re an individual or a business:  
  • We offer lessons that range from 30 minutes to 1 h 30.  
  • We offer a variety of formats, including : 
    • Individual or group classes. 
    • Face-to-face, remote or hybrid classes.
  • We include digital experiences to encourage immersive learning between lessons.
  • We personalize courses according to each person’s language goals and level.

What We Offer 

  • Part-time work (no minimum hours guaranteed).  
  • Flexible working hours.  
  • Employee or self-employed contracts, with no exclusivity clauses.

Before joining our team, we’ll sign an open-ended contract setting out the rules and conditions of our collaboration. We’ll then offer you teaching mandates, which you are free to accept or refuse without justification. 

Ready To Join Our Team?

We are looking for language trainers with:    

  • A language diploma and/or an adult trainer certificate (FSEA or equivalent).  
  • At least 3 years' experience teaching individual and group courses for professionals.  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.  
  • The ability to engage and motivate learners.  
  • The ability to use educational technologies and digital tools for teaching.  

Experience within an international or multicultural environment is a plus.
