We have developed our innovative method to adapt our language courses to your business and linguistic objectives, as well as to each learner's learning preferences and required level.
How does it work?
Every learner is different: rather than imposing a training program on them, we adapt our courses to their objectives and needs, thanks to our exclusive analysis of their learning preferences: MyLEA.

We work with you to determine your business objectives, as well as the language level your employees need to improve their performance.
MyLEA analysis of learning preferences
Each employee carries out a MyLEA analysis to define his or her learning preferences. The results are forwarded to the trainer, who selects the most appropriate teaching methods for your employee's preferences. This facilitates learning and accelerates language progress.
Language evaluation
Next, we identify your employees' current level through a detailed assessment analyzing seven written and oral skills: vocabulary, grammar, conjugation, reading comprehension, listening comprehension, written expression, oral expression/pronunciation. The results will enable us to prepare an appropriate teaching program.
Adapting our teaching process
Once the MyLEA analysis and language assessment have been carried out, we create a training program tailored to your industry, your employees' positions and missions, their starting level, the language level required and their learning preferences. We'll even ask your employees to contribute their own material to the course (using professional aids) to personalize the program even further.
Our team of trainers
Our team includes around a hundred qualified trainers with at least three years' experience in the corporate world. We select them on the basis of their training and corporate experience to offer courses tailored to your business sector.
