All elements (texts, comments, works, illustrations, logos, trademarks, videos, and images, without this list being exhaustive) displayed or cited on this website are the exclusive property of their respective owners.
    Any reproduction, representation, distribution, in whole or in part, without written authorization, is prohibited (art. 9 ss. LDA).

  1. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    These GTU are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the headquarters of Formations&Co SA, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions (notably in the case of relationships with individual users residing abroad).
    The competent court is the District Court of La Côte, Route de Saint-Cergue 38 1260 Nyon.
    You also have the option to file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

  2. Modifications to the GTU
    Formations&Co reserves the right to modify these GTU at any time. In the event of a substantial modification, registered users will be informed by email. The current version is available at any time on the website.

  3. Linguistic and Interpretative Clause
    In case of translation, only the French version of the GTU is authoritative. If a clause is deemed unenforceable, the others remain fully valid.
